Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has surpassed more than one million informational booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and news euromillions their short- and long-term effects.
Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.
The initiative forms part of Scientology-supported social betterment activities, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
